3. Accounts

You can use Chariti as a guest or registered user.

You are responsible for your account’s safety. Don’t share your password with anyone.

4. Donations

Donations made are voluntary and non-refundable.

All donation data is securely handled and only shared with relevant campaign organizers.

We do not charge fees on top of your donation unless explicitly stated.

5. Campaigns

Only verified users can create campaigns.

Campaign creators are responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide.

Chariti may remove or suspend campaigns that are misleading or violate our standards.

6. Prohibited Use

Do not:

Use Chariti for fraud, scams, or illegal activities.
Interfere with the platform’s operation or security.

7. Privacy

We take your privacy seriously. See our Privacy Policy for how we collect and use your data.

8. Platform Maintenance Fee

Chariti may deduct a small maintenance fee from funds withdrawn by organizations. This fee helps support the platform's ongoing development, infrastructure, and operations. The applicable fee will be clearly communicated during the withdrawal process.

9. Chariti Merchandise

Chariti may operate an online store to sell branded merchandise. A portion of proceeds from each sale will go toward supporting verified charitable causes, as well as helping to sustain the platform.

10. Premium Features

Certain advanced tools or features may be made available to organizations under a paid subscription. These features are optional and clearly marked as premium, with pricing transparently displayed prior to activation.

11. Donor Engagement & Recognition

Chariti may offer recognition programs for donors through badges, leaderboards, or a Donor Club. These programs are meant to encourage giving and celebrate impact, with no financial obligation or monetary compensation involved.

12. Sponsored Content

Chariti may display sponsored content or features, especially from corporate partners contributing to social causes. Sponsorship will never influence the visibility or fairness of charitable campaigns.

3. Guest Donations

Donated without signing up? No problem. We still record your donation securely using your phone/email and transaction ID. You can link your donation to an account later.

Only you and the campaign creator (if applicable) may view your donation.

Chariti admins can access data for support and system integrity.

You can choose to donate anonymously.

5. Data Storage & Retention

We store your data securely in encrypted databases hosted in reliable cloud infrastructure. Your data will be kept as long as needed for platform operation or until you request its deletion.

6. Third-Party Services
